The wireless receiver is responsible for downloading all of the data from the wireless mesh network. It connects to the host PCs USB port and from here the data it receives is made available to Tinytag Explorer and other third party software running on the same PC or over your computer network.The unit is provided with backup batteries so, in the event the host PC is switched off, the receivers’ knowledge of the wireless mesh is maintained enabling data to be rapidly downloaded when the computer is switched on again.
