Gemini Data Loggers (UK) Ltd operates a Business Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and covers the design, manufacture and servicing of data logging and associated equipment, including software.

Gemini Data Loggers strives to provide products and services that are cost-effective, robust, and reliable. To help achieve this we maintain a Business Management System (BMS) which includes our Quality and Environmental Systems.

The purpose of our BMS is to document our system, define the authorities and responsibilities of management, set policy and provide general procedures for activities relating to the day-to-day operation of the BMS.
The BMS is defined and driven by the following management principles and behaviours: 

• Develop mutually beneficial relationships with customers, partners and suppliers
• Ensure the Quality & Environmental Policies and Objectives meet with the needs of the business and comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13980 and the ATEX Directive
• Continually review and improve our BMS
• Eliminate and prevent the production of waste and pollution
• Regularly monitor environmental regulations to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Ensure calibrations are carried out by appropriately trained staff who are familiar with the quality documentation and follow the procedures defined in our BMS
• Provide our customers with accurate and reliable test results on clearly presented calibration certificates
