About the radio system
Radio data loggers are ideal for use in premises requiring multiple monitoring points. The radio system automatically gathers environmental data using wireless communications: there is no need for manual downloading. Data can be viewed directly on a PC, across a Local Area Network, or remotely across the internet.Tinytag Radio System Overview
How the system works
Data is sent from the radio loggers via a receiver to a PC, which runs a Windows Gateway service to manage the data that is viewed with Tinytag Explorer.
The system self-configures to form a robust mesh network: the loggers communicate with each other and find the optimum path back to the receiver. They also record data locally, enabling recovery if communications problems occur. Alarm warnings can be sent via email, which in turn can be used to generate text messages, enabling corrective action to be initiated.
Loggers in the range include weatherproof devices for use outdoors and in industrial settings, and discreet units for indoor monitoring in areas such as offices, museums and galleries.
