Delivery (for orders placed via our website)

Tinytag data loggers sent to destinations throughout the UK are shipped by UPS for our standard charge of £5 for orders under £50. £9.95 is charged for orders of £50 and over. (prices exclude VAT.) For shipments outside the UK, prices will be quoted according to the consignment details and destination. UPS will email you about your shipment details.

If this option is available to you in your country, shipments to the EU will incur a standard charge of €35 / £30. For offline orders and shipments outside the EU, prices will be quoted according to the consignment details and destination.

For products without calibration certificates, if the item/s is in stock, and the order is received by midday, we will aim to ship it within 1 working day. We will send you an order acknowledgement confirming the shipping date. Orders will be shipped as soon as items are in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will aim to ship it within 5 working days.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, collect the order in person, or if you have any problems with your delivery, please contact us. All our orders are shipped subject to our standard Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Information

Gemini Data Loggers (UK) Ltd. operates a Business Management System which conforms to ISO 9001 and 14001. Our products carry a manufacturing defects warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. Data loggers and accessories returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion. Warranty returns should be accompanied by a proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover mishandling, modification or battery replacement and is subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us or your local distributor within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund.

If you need to return a data logger please send it to us with a completed copy of our Product Returns Form. Please read the Lithium Battery Shipping Regulations before returning loggers to us.

Taxes

Goods delivered to the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands

VAT will be applied to your order at the current rate of 20%; no VAT will be applied to goods delivered to the Channel Islands.

European Union

Our website is business-to-business and our terms of sale are DAP (Delivered at Place). No VAT will be applied to your order at our online checkout. As the buyer, you will be responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes (including VAT) in the importing country. You will need to provide a valid EORI number at the checkout. Failing to provide an EORI number could delay your order at customs.

Private customers who do not have an EORI number should place an order through their local distributor of Gemini Data Loggers products. Find your local distributor.

Rest of the world

No VAT will be applied to your order.
