The purpose of the BMS is to document our system, define the authorities and responsibilities of management, set policy and provide general procedures for activities relating to the day-to-day operation of the company.

Gemini Data Loggers (UK) Ltd. is a registered producer of electrical and electronic equipment in the United Kingdom (registration number WEE/EE0074UR/PRO). Our products fall under category 9 (Monitoring and Control Instruments) of The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations.

RoHS Statement

The products manufactured by Gemini Data Loggers (UK) Ltd. are categorised as monitoring and control instruments. Gemini Data Loggers has provided RoHS compliant products since 2008.

REACH Regulation

We can confirm that we do not use or supply, or are likely to supply, substances which are covered by the EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regulation.
