In order to achieve the standard, Gemini created an EMS which identifies all of the ways in which the business impacts on the environment. The EMS also encompasses the creation of objectives coupled with management procedures to achieve them. Regular monitoring and assessment of performance ensures regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
