Product Return
Please book your return using our online form. Once submitted you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on where to send your returns and a label (including Lithium Mark) to secure to your shipment.
Data loggers and other equipment must be cleaned and disinfected before being returned to us to prevent contamination. Any items that do not meet this condition and are potentially hazardous will be rejected and returned to sender.
Type of Return
State the reason for the return of the product: Calibration or Battery Replacement.
Turnaround for Calibration
You can return your Tinytag data loggers for a service calibration at any time. As well as issuing a calibration certificate (traceable to national standards) the unit's battery and any seals or desiccant packs will be replaced.
The lead time for service calibrations is 5 working days from the receipt of loggers.
Price List
If a Tinytag data logger fails calibration by reading outside of the manufacturer's specification:
- We will replace the logger free of charge if it is within its 12-month warranty, and recycle the old logger.
- If the logger is older than 12 months, and a replacement logger is purchased within 30 days, we will offer a free calibration certificate for the newly purchased logger, and recycle the old logger.
- When booking a calibration via the product returns form, you may choose to have any out-of-specification Tinytag data loggers and the associated calibration certificate returned to you.
