Find out how to return data loggers for repair

Gemini Data Loggers (UK) Ltd. operates a Business Management System which conforms to ISO 9001 and 14001. Our products carry a manufacturing defects warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. Data loggers and accessories returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge at our discretion. Warranty returns should be accompanied by a proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover mishandling, modification or battery replacement and is subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Outside of this warranty period, data loggers may be returned for repair for a standard charge. Please email, call us, or contact your local distributor, to discuss the problem as some issues can be solved remotely. Occasionally we receive data loggers outside of their 12 month warranty period that we are unable to repair; in this case the faulty logger may be replaced for the cost of the standard repair charge.

When we receive the returned unit we will contact you to advise on the cost and options for repair. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Battery Replacement

Most data loggers can be serviced by the end user using a service kit. Data loggers can also be returned for replacement batteries for a standard charge.
