What should I do if my software licence for Tinytag DI has expired?
If your organisation purchased Tinytag DI as an annual software licence and your software has expired, please contact Gemini Data Loggers or your supplier. More information can be found in this article.
Annual software licences for Tinytag DI are issued with a 13-month licence key (12 months plus 1 month grace period).
If your software expires, the Tinytag DI system will continue to run and data loggers will continue to record data; however, all system users will be demoted to the Operator access level with only read-only access to data loggers and their data. Full software functionality, including existing user access levels, will be restored once the software licence has been renewed.
Please contact Gemini Data Loggers or contact your supplier if your software has expired and you would like to renew your software licence.
