‘An error has occurred…’: Tinytag Software Error Message

If you have received the error message "An error has occurred. Check the Help File for FAQs and other support contact information", an unknown error has occurred in your Tinytag software. Please contact our Technical Support line for help.

This error can occur in Tinytag Explorer, Tinytag Explorer Connect and Tinytag DI software for a number of reasons.

First, ensure you are running the latest version of your Tinytag software here: Tinytag Explorer software upgrade. If your software is out-of-date, upgrade it to the latest version (free of charge).

If you continue to see the error message after upgrading your software, please contact our Technical Support team, who will be able to help you investigate the cause of the error and find a suitable solution.
