Data loggers and accessories within their 12 month warranty period will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Warranty returns should be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Data logger repairs that are outside of their warranty period are charged at two rates, with simple repairs costing £25.00 per unit and more complex repairs costing £50.00.
Return carriage for a data logger repair in mainland UK will be £9.95 (quotes for other destinations are available upon request).
Chargeable repairs should be returned with a purchase order covering the basic repair cost and return carriage.
