Faulty Loggers Now Replaced With New Ones

Gemini Data Loggers are now offering to replace faulty data loggers purchased within the last five years, that cannot be repaired, with a new logger for the cost of the repair charge!

Occasionally we receive faulty data loggers that are outside of their warranty period that cannot be repaired.

When this happens, we will replace the unit with the nearest equivalent in our current product range at the price of the repair charge.

Please Note:

- This offer does not apply to units that have been damaged by the customer or that are more than five years old.
- Data loggers will be replaced with the nearest direct equivalent of the unit returned.
- Units that are less than 12 months old will still be repaired or replaced under warranty.
