If your new Tinytag Radio or LAN data logger is listed under "Problem" in Tinytag Explorer Connect, you will need to upgrade your software to the latest version. A link to upgrade your software can be found in this article.
If a Radio or LAN data logger is listed under "Problem" in Tinytag Explorer Connect, it is not supported by the version of the software being used. You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Tinytag Explorer Connect to use your data logger.

Please note: All computers running the Tinytag Explorer Connect software, including the computer running the system's Master Gateway, must be upgraded to the latest version of the software.

The Tinytag Connect system uses a Windows service called the Master Gateway to manage the collection of data from radio and LAN data loggers and to present this data across a network for viewing in Tinytag Explorer.
A Radio data logger's battery voltage is checked once every two hours. After a battery replacement, the low battery warning shown in Tinytag Explorer will only disappear after the battery voltage has been checked again.
The Tinytag Plus Radio data logger requires a power supply of between 4.7 and 26V that can supply 50mA.
