If your new Tinytag Radio or LAN data logger is listed under "Problem" in Tinytag Explorer Connect, you will need to upgrade your software to the latest version. A link to upgrade your software can be found in this article.

If a Radio or LAN data logger is listed under "Problem" in Tinytag Explorer Connect, it is not supported by the version of the software being used. You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Tinytag Explorer Connect to use your data logger.

Please note: All computers running the Tinytag Explorer Connect software, including the computer running the system's Master Gateway, must be upgraded to the latest version of the software.
